Service Description

We offer hourly concierge assistance for those weeks when you need an extra hand with wedding-related tasks. We can run errands, assist with crafts and DIY projects, and provide administrative help. Service is based on your planner's availability and must be hired at least one week in advance. Round trip travel time for tasks is counted towards the concierge hours. * Pricing for each à la carte service is custom quoted based on your specific needs. NOTE: Consultation(1 hour) Fee: $75 (is Deductible from Booked Event) **If the client is more than 20-30 miles away, we add travel fees to cover our time


Cancellation Policy

Unique Event Designs requires 24 hour notice for any non- emergency cancelled appointments. Consultation or Planning appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled 24 hours before the scheduled date and time. Any same day, non-emergency cancellations or no call, no shows are subject to a cancellation fee of $75.00. For such purposes we require a credit card number on file.
