Service Description

Not every event needs a Full-service or even Event Day Management service. For some, having access to an experienced professional is all the support they need. We are proud to offer a unique set of services for these situations! Most coaching candidates know they will need more than just an hour. But, you can receive a better value for more hours. However, if you need it, spread out over several months or on a special marathon day, you decide what's right for you. Coaching time is NOT on-site services! Instead, look at our Event Management packages below, if you need help at the event. Contact us if you need help determining which service is right for you. NOTE: Consultation(1 hour) Fee: $75 (is Deductible from Booked Event) **If the client is more than 20-30 miles away, we add travel fees to cover our time


Cancellation Policy

Unique Event Designs requires 24 hour notice for any non- emergency cancelled appointments. Consultation or Planning appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled 24 hours before the scheduled date and time. Any same day, non-emergency cancellations or no call, no shows are subject to a cancellation fee of $75.00. For such purposes we require a credit card number on file.
