Service Description

When booking our event day management service, our event clients do all the planning independently. We are a resource for them to ask questions throughout the planning process, and If they need assistance in finding certain vendors, we can supply a list of our recommended vendors; not only does it save you time, it makes your job easier, as these are professionals who are reliable and do good work. Normally, we start our Event Day Management services 30 or 60 days before any event. That is when the following: Gather all of the details that the client(s) has planned Assistance in creating the event day timeline Confirm final details with the event vendors (if there are any) whom the client has booked. We review all of the setup details for your event decor (when we are providing it). Coordinate the event day events (Arriving 1-hour before start time) On-site troubleshooting and problem-solving. For weddings: Attend the ceremony rehearsal, usually the day before. ​ This service includes: Up to 3 planning meetings Up to 2 on-site venue(s) meetings Unlimited phone/email during business hours. Your cloud-based event profile is accessible from any device with Internet access to keep everything organized. Event-day coordinator coverage Check-in/ Check-out of rentals (If we are providing Decorating Services) Ensure your decorator has proper setup and repackaging for pickup if needed. This will allow you to step back from the planning and focus on the things that matter! All you have to do is relax and enjoy each moment as your event unfolds. * Pricing for each à la carte service is custom quoted based on your specific needs. NOTE: Consultation(1 hour) Fee: $75 (is Deductible from Booked Event) **If the client is more than 20-30 miles away, we add travel fees to cover our time.


Cancellation Policy

Unique Event Designs requires 24 hour notice for any non- emergency cancelled appointments. Consultation or Planning appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled 24 hours before the scheduled date and time. Any same day, non-emergency cancellations or no call, no shows are subject to a cancellation fee of $75.00. For such purposes we require a credit card number on file.
